Measure once, fit once, and prove it was sealed right.
uPVC, aluminium, timber or composite doors, every install lives or dies on the survey. A wrong measure means a remake, and a callback over a draught or a leak means proving how it was fitted. Banksman keeps the survey, the photos of every opening, the fitters’ hours and the frame orders together for each job.

Where a window job costs you.
- The problem
A remake because the survey sheet didn’t match the opening.
Measured, ordered, delivered, and it’s 20mm out. That’s a frame, a wait and a second visit.
With BanksmanPut the survey sheet and drawings on the job, on every phone, labelled by version, and photograph each opening at survey. The fitters can check what was ordered before the old frame comes out.

- The problem
A callback over a draught or a leak, a year later.
The customer says it was never sealed properly, and the fitter who did it has left.
With BanksmanSet out, fit, packers and fixings, and seal as tasks. The fitter ticks each one off with a photo, stamped with the upload time from our server, the job and who took it.

- The problem
Fitters on site with no glass, no cills or the wrong handles.
The frames came but the glass is on next week’s wagon.
With BanksmanThe team requests frames, glass, cills, trims and fixings with a needed-by date, and you can see each one through to delivery with a photo of what turned up.
- Material requests
What you get.
Drawings for every site
Drawings on every phone, labelled by version, sorted by site and downloadable on site.
Photo library
Every photo is stamped with the upload time from our server, the site, the task and who took it. Location is optional, set by the company.
Tasks with photo proof
The manager sets the task for each site, with a trade, priority and due date. The worker ticks it off and adds the photo to prove it. Filter by site, trade, status or priority.
Material requests
The worker asks for the item, quantity, unit and needed-by date. Tracked from requested to approved, ordered, dispatched and delivered (or declined), with supplier, order ref, expected delivery and a delivery photo.
Timesheets
Daywork hours or price work per site or plot. The manager approves or queries with a reason, the worker fixes and resubmits. Grouped by week ending, CSV export, archived when paid.
Site group chats and direct messages
A group chat for every site, plus direct messages, kept apart from your personal phone chats.
Push notifications
Notifications go straight to the phone, so updates don’t sit unread.
Your logo and colours
Upload your logo and app icon and pick your colours from the settings, with a readability check as you go. The lads see your name, not ours.

Straight answers.
What app can window fitters use to manage installs?
Banksman gives every job its own survey drawings, tasks, photos, hours, material requests and chat, so survey, order and install are tracked on the phone, from £79 a month inc. VAT for up to 10 users.
How do I protect against callbacks on window installs?
Photograph each opening at survey and each stage of the install: set out, packers and fixings, seal and finish. Banksman keeps the photos against the job, stamped with the upload time from our server and who took them.
Does Banksman handle FENSA or building control notifications?
No. Keep using your competent person scheme or building control route for notifications and certificates. Banksman keeps the job records and photos.
Can I track frame and glass deliveries?
Yes. Each request shows the needed-by date, supplier, order reference and expected delivery, and is tracked from ordered to delivered with a photo of the drop.
Can I track survey, order and install for each job?
Yes. Set survey, order, delivery and install as tasks on each job. Each one is ticked off with a photo, and the dashboard shows where every job is up to.
Can fitters log hours per install?
Yes. Fitters log hours per job on the day; the manager approves or queries them, and the week exports to CSV for wages.
Can I see which fitters are on which job today?
Yes. Put a QR poster at the entrance and the team scans in and out with their phone. You can set a radius for each site so sign-ins from further away get flagged, and the dashboard shows a live roll call of who is on site, including for a fire evacuation. Location is checked at sign-in only, never tracked.
Do fitters need to download an app?
No. Banksman runs in the phone’s web browser and can be added to the home screen, so it opens like any other app without an app store. You invite the team by email and they log in on their own phone.
How much does Banksman cost for a window company?
Starter is £79 a month inc. VAT for up to 10 users, Growth is £149 a month inc. VAT for up to 25 and Enterprise is £299 a month inc. VAT for up to 75. Every plan includes every feature, with no contract and no per-seat charges.
