The manager sets the task for each site, with a trade, priority and due date. The worker ticks it off and adds the photo to prove it. Filter by site, trade, status or priority.
Photo library
Every photo is stamped with the upload time from our server, the site, the task and who took it. Location is optional, set by the company.
Timesheets
Daywork hours or price work per site or plot. The manager approves or queries with a reason, the worker fixes and resubmits. Grouped by week ending, CSV export, archived when paid.
Your logo and colours

Can I track hours across several main contractors?
Yes. Hours or price work are logged per site and grouped by week ending, so you can see and export each job separately, then archive them once paid.
Does Banksman do CIS invoices?
Not yet. CIS worker invoices built from approved timesheets are being built and are marked "Coming soon". In the meantime, the free CIS calculator on this site works out the deduction.
Can my company’s branding go on the app?
Yes. Upload your logo and app icon and pick your colours in the settings, so your lads and the main contractor see your name. For a fully bespoke version, there is the white label add-on.
Can my operatives sign in and out of each site?
Yes. Put a QR poster at the entrance and the team scans in and out with their phone. You can set a radius for each site so sign-ins from further away get flagged, and the dashboard shows a live roll call of who is on site, including for a fire evacuation. Location is checked at sign-in only, never tracked.
Can I keep RAMS signed for every site?
Yes. Upload RAMS, inductions and method statements; each operative reads and signs on the phone, and you can see who has signed which revision for each site. Check your own legal duties with your H&S adviser.
How do I show a main contractor that work was done on time?
Set the work as tasks and have the team tick each one off with a photo. Every photo is stamped with the upload time from our server, the site, the task and who took it, so the dates are not just your word.
Does Banksman work for subcontractors with bigger teams?
Starter is £79 a month inc. VAT for up to 10 users, Growth is £149 a month inc. VAT for up to 25 and Enterprise is £299 a month inc. VAT for up to 75. Every plan includes every feature, with no contract and no per-seat charges.
Can I export timesheets for payroll?
Yes. Approved hours and price work are grouped by week ending and export to CSV for payroll or your accountant, and you can archive them once paid. Tasks, materials, drawings and sites export to CSV too.
